There are moments in life when we are called to step away from the familiar not to escape our lives, but to hear ourselves more clearly.

Journey Within is a six-day immersive retreat for those who feel ready to pause, reflect, reconnect, and explore what is asking to emerge from within.

​

Held in the extraordinary landscape of Teotihuacan and the surrounding region, this retreat brings together inner work, ancient places, nature, ceremony, community, and rest.

​

Our time together will include self-inquiry, breathwork, meditation, reflection, energy awareness, and ceremonial practices, woven with spacious time for rest, integration, meaningful conversation, and connection.

​

We will visit the ancient Pyramids of the Sun and Moon at Teotihuacan, approaching these sacred places with respect for the cultures, histories, and people who have cared for this land across generations.

We will also enter a cave ceremony, creating space for reflection, release, listening, and deeper connection with ourselves.

​

Where appropriate, there may be opportunities to meet and work with local shamans, healers, and energy-medicine practitioners, allowing us to experience teachings and practices rooted in the region itself. These encounters will be approached with humility, respect, and gratitude.

​

A full-day group excursion to the extraordinary Grutas de Tolantongo hot springs is also planned. This will be a day to rest, soak, explore, and enjoy the mountains, thermal waters, caves, and natural landscape.

 

Our group will remain intentionally small, creating an atmosphere where honesty, kindness, curiosity, and meaningful connection can develop naturally.

This retreat is not about becoming someone new.

It is an invitation to become more present with who you already are, to notice what has become unnecessary, listen more deeply to what matters, and return home with greater clarity, self-respect, and connection to your own inner guidance.
