Tantra Wisdom
May 27-31, 2026
5-day retreat
Teotihuacan
Tantra is a Sanskrit word derived from tan (to expand, to weave, to extend) and tra (instrument, method, or sacred technology).
Together, Tantra means “a tool for expansion of consciousness” or “the weaving of awareness into lived experience.”
In its original form, Tantra is not a sexual practice.
It is a philosophy of presence, a path of self-awareness, and a disciplined inquiry into how consciousness inhabits the body, breath, and mind. Tantra teaches how to remain fully present with life as it is—without bypassing, suppressing, or escaping experience.
This retreat is an invitation into that deeper meaning.
Set in the timeless landscape of Teotihuacan, we gather to slow down and listen—
to the land, to the silence between breaths, and to the inner stillness from which authentic transformation arises.
The Essence of the Work
Tantra Wisdom, as offered in this retreat, is a path of self-realisation and self-mastery.
It is a conscious relationship with life force—often described as Kundalini—not as something to awaken dramatically, but as something to meet, stabilize, and integrate through awareness, breath, and grounded embodiment.
Our work together emphasizes:
-
Presence over performance
-
Awareness over intensity
-
Integration over peak experiences
Through self-inquiry, breathwork, meditation, and contemplative practices, participants are guided to recognize unconscious patterns, cultivate inner stillness, and develop a clear, respectful relationship with their own energy and nervous system.
We will also visit the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon, walking with reverence for the land and for the cultures that have held this sacred space for generations. These encounters serve as reminders of humility, gratitude, and humanity’s timeless search for meaning.
Ethics and the Container
This retreat is held within a clear ethical container.
-
There is no sexual exploration, sexual practices, or sexualized interactions.
-
This is not therapy, nor a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
-
All practices are grounded in consent, self-responsibility, and personal sovereignty.
-
Touch, if present at all, is non-sexual, optional, and clearly guided, serving only as a support for awareness and regulation.
Participants are always invited to move at their own pace, honoring personal boundaries and inner timing.
